Processing purposes:
Personal data are collected for the following purposes:
1. Answering information requests submitted by the user via the contact form
2. Displaying content from external platforms (Google Maps). The website may use some social plug-ins. Social plug-ins are special tools that enable social network features to be directly incorporated into the website (e.g. the Facebook ‘like’ button).

Lawful basis of processing:
The Controller shall process Personal Data related to the User in case one of the following conditions applies:

– The User has granted consent for one or more specific purposes.

– Data processing is necessary for the performance of a Contract with the User and/or the performance of any pre-contractual measures.

– The data processing may be necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Controller is bound.

Nevertheless, it may always be possible to ask the Controller to clarify the Legal basis of each processing and in particular to specify whether the processing is either law-based, contract-based or necessary to stipulate a contract.
Processing methods and duration:
The processing of personal data is performed mainly using electronic systems and tools (DB, CMS.) for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data were collected and, in any case, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, non-redundancy and relevance provided for by the current privacy regulation.

Rights of the interested parties:
Users shall be entitled to exercise the following rights:
a) Right of access – Article 15 GDPR: The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data, including a copy thereof.
b) Right to rectification – Article 16 GDPR: The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them and/or supplementation of incomplete personal data.
