DATA RECIPIENTS
The recipients of the data collected upon navigation on the afore-mentioned websites are the individuals hereinafter appointed as data processors by the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation. The full list of the Data Processors is available at the Data Controller’s premises and can be requested via email. The personal data collected are also processed by the personnel in charge of data processing, who shall comply with specific instructions provided in terms of the purposes and methods of such processing.
OPTIONAL DATA PROVISION
As stipulated in the Provision of 10th June 2021 “Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools” the website user is entitled to allow or disallow profiling cookies according to their free will and choice. In some cases, such as the Google reCaptcha cookie, disabling such profiling cookies will prevent the user from submitting the request via the Data Collection Forms. If this should be necessary, the user shall have the right to either re-enable such cookies from the Privacy Preferences Settings or, in case the user decides to retain the disabling of cookies, the user shall have the right to send such a request via e-mail.
With the exception of the information specified for navigation data, the user shall be entitled to freely provide their personal data either requested in the online application forms or in the Contacts to our facilities for the purpose of requesting the dispatch of informative material, newsletter or other communications.

TERMS OF PROCESSING

DATA STORAGE DURATION

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The interested parties shall be entitled to obtain from the Controller, in the provided cases, access to their personal data and the modification or elimination thereof or the processing restriction thereof or to object to the data processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation). Such requests shall be forwarded to the Data Controller at the contact details provided at the beginning of this Policy.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
The parties involved who consider that the processing of their personal data performed through this website violates the provisions of the Regulation shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Controller, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation, or to take legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
