Mz fans are used in all industrial sectors with strength, construction rigidity, quality and innovation. The flagship of the production are the special machines for atypical uses such as:
- spark-proof version fans, suitable for working in 1/21 (2GD) and 2/22 (3GD) classified areas, where there is a potentially explosive atmosphere, suitable for conveying flammable and combustible substances, in compliance with the ATEX 94 / 9 / CE (certifications issued by Tüv Nord Cert);
- fans with impellers specially sized for operation at 60 Hz;
- fans with scroll made in two or three parts to facilitate transport or maintenance operations;
- construction in AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 310 stainless steel and other special steels suitable for use in the presence of aggressive agents or for food or high temperatures;
- construction in wear-resistant material HARDOX / CREUSABRO with medium hardness 400-450 Brinell;
- insulation of all parts in contact with the transported fluid, by means of rock wool, to reduce the surface temperature of the fan in the event of very high working temperatures;
- insulation of the only part interposed between the motor and hot surfaces, to protect the transmission or the motor from the heat inside the scroll;
- executions with special seals (packing, for high temperatures; with multiple rings with predisposition for suction recovery; with multiple rings with accumulation of grease);
- hot galvanized fans.
